How is the information gathered?

Information for your unique and special Words of Endearment custom newsletter will be gathered in one of several ways. An in-person, phone or email interview will be conducted. A questionnaire will be sent to you via mail, fax or email prior to the interview allowing you to provide as much detailed information during the interview as possible. To ensure the timely mailing of your Words of Endearment custom newsletter, a timeline with mutually agreed upon deadlines will be established during the interview.

What kind of photos should be provided? Will my photos be returned?

The reprint of a photo is only as clear and as good as the photo received. Digital photos (300dpi or 600dpi) are preferred. If you do not have digital photos, a clear, sharp, distinct photo is needed. Additional costs may be incurred if photos without these qualities are received. Photos may be black and white or color. All photos will be returned.

Will I be able to see my Words of Endearment custom newsletter before it is printed?

Yes. The first draft of your Words of Endearment custom newsletter will be sent to you for approval. You may make changes without additional charge. The revised draft will be sent to you for approval. You may make your final changes to it without additional charge. The revised draft as you have corrected it will go to print upon your approval; however, any changes you make to the corrected revised draft will result in additional charges to you.

Who is responsible for mailing my Words of Endearment custom newsletter to my guests?

We are happy to offer two ways for your guests to receive your Words of Endearment custom newsletter. It can be delivered to you and you can mail them to your guests or, for an additional fee, your Words of Endearment custom newsletter can be mailed directly to your guests.

Can my Words of Endearment custom newsletter be sent to me electronically if I choose not to have it printed?

Yes. Your Words of Endearment custom newsletter can be sent to you in a PDF file which you can send to your friends and family.

What is the cost? What are the terms of payment? How is payment made?

The cost includes the creation, printing and delivery of one edition of the Words of Endearment custom newsletter. The length, the quantity, the printing process, the number of colors, and the number and types photos determine the cost of the Words of Endearment custom newsletter. Please see price list for details.

A 50% non-refundable payment is due at the time you order your Words of Endearment custom newsletter. The balance of your non-refundable payment is due when you have given final approval for printing.
